Sarah is the founder of Pacific Project Ops LLC, a Maui-based construction operations consultancy built around one belief: exceptional work in the field deserves equally strong systems behind it.
With years of hands-on experience in construction administration and business operations, Sarah understands what it takes to keep complex projects organized and moving. Her background includes Procore implementation and management, CRM platform management and workflow optimization, RFIs and submittals, document control, subcontractor and vendor coordination, project tracking, office systems, and the day-to-day problem solving that happens behind every successful build.
Having worked in the construction industry for much of her professional life, she brings a practical understanding of both the jobsite and the office. She is known for an eye for detail, clean organization, clear communication, and creating systems that make teams more efficient without making the work more complicated.
Through Pacific Project Ops, Sarah partners with contractors and growing construction businesses that need experienced operational support without adding another full-time position.
